We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, Membership Mastery LLC may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social-based, or digital without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

• You become disruptive or difficult to work with;
• You fail to follow the program guidelines; or,
• You impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).

Privacy and Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. We respect your confidential and proprietary information ideas, plans and trade secrets (collectively, "Confidential Information") and must insist that you respect the same rights of fellow Program participants and of the Company.

Thus, you agree:

• Not to infringe any Program participants or the Company's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property rights;
• That any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or the Company;
• Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions;
• That all materials and information provided to you by the Company are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belong solely and exclusively to the Company, and may only be used by you as authorized by the Company;
• The reproduction, distribution and sale of these materials by anyone but the Company is strictly prohibited;
• That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

While you are free to discuss your individual results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.

You further agree that your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Program Content:

• Program education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, advice or counseling tailored to any specific business or industry.
• All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all manuals, all teaching aids, and the like that have been or will be made available by Membership Mastery LLC or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for individual use in or in conjunction with this training program only.
• Program content is for individual use only, and may not be sold, tape recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Membership Mastery LLC, or its designated agent.
• The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply (or not apply) ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.
• We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.

ROI Guarantee:

The client is guaranteed to close $5,997 or $5,497 (depending on which payment plan they selected) in sales before the end of the 90-day program duration. If not, Membership Mastery LLC will continue to work with the client until they do (for a maximum of an additional 3 months).

Guarantee conditions:

If the client fails to do the work prescribed by the program or does not participate in the program support, they will be disqualified from the ROI Guarantee. This includes the following:

• Client must make all of their payments on time
• Client must join at least 50% of the support calls
• Client must be active in the community weekly
• Client must implement the program strategies
• Client must take every action within the program tracking spreadsheet

Membership Mastery LLC reserves the right to request proof that you’ve done what is prescribed above. In the event that the ROI guarantee becomes activated, the client must be willing to show proof.

Offer and payment terms:

• The program is a 90 day program that provides weekly group coaching, accountability, and private community access. Any events offered do not roll over if unattended.
• The fee for this program has the following options: Pay In Full (save 10%), Payment Plans, Buy Now Pay Later Options. The price is listed on the respective checkout page sent to you in the enrollment process.
• You agree that no pauses or suspensions will be made once this agreement is signed. If you move, decide to stop your current business, determine that you would not like to be in the program anymore, or anything else, no pauses or cancellations will be made to payments. Pauses and suspensions are at the sole discretion of Membership Mastery LLC. 

Right to Use Name and Likeness:

You hereby consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, testimonial and biographical material, in whole or in part, for publication or reproduction in any medium, including but not limited to television, radio, print media and the Internet, among others, for any purpose, including but not limited to public relations, education, advertising, marketing, training and research. This includes all Zoom calls, coaching calls, and sales calls. Your consent is granted to Membership Mastery LLC and extends to such use without restriction or limitation as to time or geographic boundary.

You hereby waive all rights you may have to any claims or demands for payment or royalties in connection with the use of any of such materials, regardless of the purpose of such use or publication, and regardless of whether a fee is charged or collected by Membership Mastery LLC for any product and/or service in connection with such use and publication.

You understand that Membership Mastery LLC owns all rights in and to any such photograph, recording or testimonial, including any copyright and/or trademark relating to such use.

Limited Liability:

The amount of liability recoverable for any cause of action that arises under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for services outlined in this agreement, regardless of whether the cause of action is based in tort, contract or any other theory of liability. under no circumstances will the company be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any loss of use, business interruption, costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data, even if the client has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:

To the fullest extent of the law, the Client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company, its officers, employees, agents, representatives, consultants, and contractors from and against any and all loss, costs, penalties, fines, damages, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees) or liabilities arising out of, resulting from, or in connection with the services contemplated by this Agreement.

Terms of Sale:
You hereby ratify your understanding that all program sales are non-refundable and waive any rights to charge-back your purchase with your credit card processor.

Delivery:

Upon successful completion of payment, access to the program is granted immediately. Please note that this instant access policy applies to full payments only and does not include deposits.

Our program includes a comprehensive online curriculum and resources, complemented by two weekly support calls designed to enhance your learning experience. All components of the program are delivered through the MemberUp platform.

To ensure successful delivery, we track program access and participation within the MemberUp platform. This tracking helps us maintain the integrity and quality of the program experience for all participants.

Cancellation Policy for Rise 90 Day Program:

We encourage our participants to commit fully to their growth and development through our program. Therefore, please note the following terms regarding cancellations and pauses:

Payment Plan Commitment: If you have opted for a payment plan to facilitate your participation in our program, we are unable to accommodate any requests for pauses or cancellations once you have joined. This ensures fairness and resource allocation for all participants who have committed to the program.

Discretionary Pauses and Suspensions: Any decision to pause or suspend participation, including but not limited to medical or other significant life events, is at the sole discretion of Membership Mastery LLC. Such exceptions are rare and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage participants to reach out to our support team to discuss any serious issues that might impact their ability to continue in the program. However, please be prepared that the ability to offer a pause or cancellation is limited and subject to strict scrutiny.
